Re:

By his action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant, PS, seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European External Action Service (EEAS) of 30 September 2022 rejecting his complaint of 20 May 2022 and, in so far as necessary, of the decision of the EEAS of 22 February 2022 rejecting his request for compensation of 20 October 2021, and second, compensation for the material and non-material damage which he claims to have suffered as a result of the EEAS’ decision to reassign him to Brussels (Belgium).

Operative part of the order

1.The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

2.PS shall pay the costs.
