Description of the concentration
This Notification concerns the proposed acquisition by TPG Partners VIII LP (“TPG”) and Francisco Partners Management LLC (“Francisco Partners”), of joint control over Boomi Inc. (“Boomi”).
TPG is a private investment firm that manages a family of funds that invest in a variety of companies through acquisitions and corporate restructurings. TPG is based in San Francisco, USA.
Francisco Partners is private investment firm specialized in partnering with technology businesses. Francisco Partners is based in San Francisco, USA.
Boomi mainly provides Integration Platform as a Service and, to a lesser extent, Full Life Cycle API Management services. Boomi is currently owned by Dell Technologies Inc.
