Re:

By their action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicants seek annulment of their pay slips established by the European Commission for the month of July 2020, by which it was decided to apply, for the first time, the correction coefficients laid down, with retroactive effect from 1 October 2019 and 1 January 2020.

Operative part of the order

1.The action is dismissed as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

2.FZ and the other applicants whose names are set out in the annex shall pay the costs.
