By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of the European Commission’s decision of 4 August 2022, providing for the payment of the full amount of the family allowances to the mother of his child, and the annulment of the decision of 8 September 2022 ordering the payment of the household allowance, dependent child allowance and pre-school allowance to the mother of his child, and, secondly, the payment of the full amount due in respect of those allowances, less the sums he has already received.
Operative part of the judgment
The Court:
1.Dismisses the action;
2.Orders VN to pay the costs.
