By their action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek annulment in part of Regulation (EU) 2024/1610 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 as regards strengthening the CO2 emission performance standards for new heavy-duty vehicles and integrating reporting obligations, amending Regulation (EU) 2018/858 and repealing Regulation (EU) 2018/956 (OJ L 2024/1610).

Operative part of the order

The action is dismissed as inadmissible.

There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the European Commission’s application to intervene.

Krone Commercial Vehicle SE and the other applicants whose names are listed in the Annex shall bear their own costs and shall pay those incurred by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, with the exception of those relating to the application to intervene.

Krone Commercial Vehicle and the other applicants whose names are listed in the Annex, the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission shall each bear their own costs relating to the application to intervene.
