SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
1.1. Le 16 octobre 2008, la Commission a reÁu notification díun projet de concentration, conformÈment ‡ líarticle 4 du RËglement Concentration, par lequel Accueil Partenaires, filiale du groupe Accor, la Caisse des DÈpÙts et Consignations (CDC) et RHVS 1% Logement prennent le contrÙle en commun de la SGRHVS, entreprise commune de plein exercice au sens du RËglement Concentration.
2.2. Les activitÈs des entreprises concernÈes sont les suivantes :
-o pour ACCOR : hÙtellerie et conception / fourniture de services aux entreprises et aux collectivitÈs, notamment ‡ travers líÈmission de titres de services ;
-o pour CDC : Ètablissement public qui remplit des missions díintÈrÍt gÈnÈral et exerce des activitÈs concurrentielles (assurance de personnes, immobilier, capital investissement et services aux personnes publiques et privÈes) ;
-o RHVS 1% Logement : acquisition ou souscription de titres de toute sociÈtÈ commerciale agrÈÈe dont líactivitÈ est líexploitation de rÈsidences hÙteliËres ‡ vocation sociale.
