Opinion of the Advocate-General
Mr Advocate General Jacobs delivered his Opinion on 19 January 1989 . (*) He was of the opinion that the Commission was entitled to its declaration in the form in which it sought it, and that the Italian Republic should be ordered to bear the costs .
