Re:

ACTION for annulment of Commission Decision C(2004) 936 final of 30 March 2004 in relation to the aid measures planned by the French authorities to finance the public rendering service (State aid N 515/2003 – France).

Operative part

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action as inadmissible;

2.Orders the Syndicat national de l’industrie des viandes (SNIV) to bear its own costs and pay those of the Commission;

3.Orders the French Republic to bear its own costs.
