COMP/M.6008 – IK/GHD

The notified concentration concerns the acquisition of sole control by IK over GHD Gesundheits GmbH Deutschland and its subsidiaries (the “GHD Group”). The GHD Group is a German group of companies active within the (i) provision of medical devices and certain pharmaceutical products to non-hospitalized patients, (ii) the wholesale of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, (iii) the provision of logistics services, (iv) the production of compounded pharmaceuticals and (v) the production of ostomy products. None of the portfolio companies controlled by IK conduct any business activities that could be considered to overlap or have any relevant vertical relationship with the activities of the GHD Group.
