Re:

By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the French Republic seeks the annulment of the notice of open competition EPSO/AD/401/22, entitled ‘Administrators (AD 6) in the fields of energy, climate and environment’ (OJ 2022 C 404 A, p. 1).

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Annuls the notice of open competition EPSO/AD/401/22, entitled ‘Administrators (AD 6) in the fields of energy, climate and environment’;

2.Orders the European Commission, in addition to bearing its own costs, to pay those incurred by the French Republic;

3.Declares that the Kingdom of Belgium and the Italian Republic shall each bear their own costs.
