Re:

By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, Hungary seeks the annulment of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/908 of 8 June 2022 excluding from European Union financing certain expenditure incurred by the Member States under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) (OJ 2022 L 157, p. 15), in so far as that decision relates to expenditure that it incurred, first, for decoupled direct aids and voluntary coupled support in respect of the financial years 2017 to 2019 and, second, for measures subject to the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) and to risk management in respect of the financial years 2017 and 2018.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Hungary to pay the costs.
