By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/152 of 23 January 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) No 359/2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Iran (OJ 2023 L 20 I, p. 1), in so far as that act concerns it.
