By their action under Article 270 TFEU and Article 50a of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the applicants seek the annulment, first, of their salary statements or pension slips of January 2023, in so far as they implement the decision of the European Central Bank (ECB) of 22 December 2022 fixing the annual General Salary Adjustment for 2023 at 4.0751 % and, second, of the decisions of 30 August 2023 partially rejecting their complaints.

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Mr Carlos Bowles and the other applicants whose names are listed in the annex to pay the costs.
