The applicant claims that the Court should:

annul the decision C(2020) 1195 final of 24 February 2020 of the Commission rejecting the confirmatory application for access to documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 — GESTDEM 2019/5394 to 5399; and

order the defendant to pay a symbolic Euro in order to compensate the moral damage suffered by the applicant and all the costs of the proceedings.
