SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
This notification relates to the acquisition of the Forties Pipeline System by INEOS from BP plc, together with BP’s interest in the Graben Area Export Line. The Forties Pipeline System is a BP-owned and operated oil and gas liquids pipeline transportation and processing system located in the UK Northern North Sea. The Graben Area Export Line is two pipelines connected to the Forties Pipeline System owned by an unincorporated joint venture and operated by BP.
