By her action pursuant to Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment, first, of the request of the European Chief Prosecutor of 15 December 2022 to lift her parliamentary immunity and, second, of the decision of the President of the European Parliament to announce that request to the European Parliament and refer it to the Committee of Legal Affairs.
