The notification concerns the proposed acquisition by Petroplus Marketing A.G., an undertaking that is indirectly owned by Petroplus Holdings AG, a Swiss company, which is publicly owned and listed on the Swiss Exchange, by itself or through its affiliates, of two crude oil refineries located in France, together with an associated wholesale marketing business.
