By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, in essence, (i) that the decision of the European Commission of 30 January 2023 rejecting in part her claim for compensation for material and non-material harm caused by the decision of 27 February 2019 that terminated the applicant’s service on account of a finding that she was suffering from an invalidity and granted her an invalidity allowance be varied or annulled, and (ii) that the decision of 1 September 2023 rejecting her complaint be varied or annulled.

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Ms Anastasia Lianopoulou to pay the costs.
