SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 20 December 2017, the Commission received the notification of a proposed
concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 by which S.A.
lndustrias Celulosa Aragonesa ("SAICA") will acquire all the shares and voting rights of
Emin Leydier S.A.
The business of the undertakings concerned are:
• SAICA: collection and supply of recovered paper, manufacturing of corrugated case
material, manufacturing of recycled corrugated packaging and flexible packaging;
• Emin Leydier: manufacturing of recycled corrugated case material and corrugated
packaging solutions.
