Subject-matter and description of the proceedings

Annulment of the decisions reducing the total number of days of annual leave and declaration of inapplicability of Article 6 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations as modified by Article 1, point 70 of Regulation no 1023/2013, applicable from 1st January 2014.

Form of order sought

Annul the decisions addressed to the applicants through Sysper2 with regard to their new basic annual leave entitlement;

declare inapplicable Article 1, point 70 lit. (a) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No. 1023/20131 changing Article 6 of Annex X of the Staff Regulations (‘Special and exceptional provisions applicable to officials serving in a third country’) and the Commission’s decision C(2013) 9051 final of 16 December 2013, as far they reduce the entitlement in number of annual leave days of the applicants;

annul the Commission decision of 23 May 2014 (R/123/14) rejecting the complaints of the applicants, as far as referring to annual leave;

order the defendant to pay the costs.
