Description of the concentration
Dana Incorporated (“Dana”) intends to acquire sole control of Brevini Fluid Power S.p.A. and Brevini Power Transmission S.p.A. (the “Target”), which are controlled by Brevini Group S.p.A.
Dana is a global supplier of driveline, sealing and thermal-management products to manufacturers of light, medium/heavy and off-highway vehicles.
The Target is a global supplier of transmissions and hydraulic and electronic components for marine, mobile & infrastructure, heavy duty, industrial and stationary equipment, agriculture and renewable energy and waste management uses.
