The applicant claims that the Court should annul the decision of the European Personnel Selection Office (‘EPSO’), notified by a letter dated 03/05/2024, which the applicant received by e-mail on 06/05/2024, failing to fulfil the applicant’s ‘Data Subject Request’, requesting his rights under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018.

In support of the action, the applicant relies on a single plea in law, alleging that EPSO breached the obligation of complying with Article 4(2), Article 14(1)(2)(3), Article 17(1)(3), Article 20 and Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. (1)
