Description of the concentration
On 3 July 2019, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to which the Elliott Group and the Insight Group will acquire, indirectly through affiliated holding companies, joint control over WorkForce. WorkForce is currently solely controlled by the Insight Group.
