SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 5 June 2014, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) n°139/2004, by which PAI, through investment funds it manages and/or advises and related acquisition vehicles, will acquire sole control of EMG, a provider of audiovisual technical services.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
-- For PAI: portfolio management activities on behalf of third parties; and
-- For EMG: provision of technical equipment and services for the production and delivery of media content.
