Description of the concentration
E.ON Czech Holding intends to acquire sole control over Pražská plynárenská a.s.
The acquisition of sole control will be a consequence of E.ON Czech Holding raising its direct shares in Pražská plynárenská a.s. from 49.35% to more than 50 %.
Pražská plynárenská a.s. (partly through its subsidiaries) distributes gas in the region of the City of Prague and its immediate surroundings and supplies customers with gas. It is also active in the production and supply of district heat.
