Appeal brought against the order of the General Court (Third Chamber) of 14 March 2011 in Case T-429/09 Campailla v Commission by which that court dismissed the applicant’s claim for damages seeking to have made good the damage supposedly sustained in consequence of the Commission’s refusal to take action in a dispute between the applicant and the Cameroonian State – Admissibility – Essential procedural requirements – Compulsory representation of natural or legal persons by a lawyer authorised to practise before the courts or tribunals of a Member State.

Operative part

1.Mr Campailla’s appeal is inadmissible.

2.The case is removed from the register of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
