The applicant claims that the Court should:
—annul the European Central Bank’s decision of 14 March 2024 by which short-term employment contract concluded with the applicant was withdrawn; and
—order the defendant to bear its costs as well as the applicant’s cost for the present proceedings.
Pleas in law and main arguments
In support of the action, the applicant relies on four pleas in law.
1.First plea in law, alleging that the defendant committed a procedural irregularity and infringed the short-term contract concluded with the applicant.
2.Second plea in law, alleging an infringement of the right to be heard, as enshrined in Article 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
