Description of the concentration
L'OrÈal est un groupe franÁais cotÈ sur Euronext Paris et actif dans la recherche, le dÈveloppement, la production, le marketing et la distribution de produits cosmÈtiques au niveau mondial.
Yves Saint Laurent BeautÈ regroupe les activitÈs du groupe PPR dans le secteur des parfums et des produits cosmÈtiques, y compris les produits de soin de la peau et de maquillage.
L'opÈration consiste en l'acquisition par L'OrÈal du contrÙle exclusif de Yves Saint Laurent BeautÈ, actuellement contrÙlÈ par le groupe PPR.
L'opÈration concerne le secteur des cosmÈtiques.
Au regard des faibles parts de marchÈ dÈtenues par Yves Saint Laurent BeautÈ sur les marchÈs affectÈs identifiÈs par L'OrÈal, l'OpÈration n'aura pas pour effet de restreindre significativement la concurrence.
