—declare the present application admissible and well-founded;
—annul the decision of 14 March corrected by the decision of 25 March 2024 in which the Commission decided not to grant the applicant the expatriation allowance;
—annul, if necessary, the decision rejecting the complaint of 14 October 2024;
—order the defendant to pay all the costs.
Pleas in law and main arguments
In support of the action, the applicant relies on two pleas in law.
1.First plea in law, alleging infringement of Article 4(1)(b) of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union.
2.Second plea in law, alleging failure to observe the principle of good administration and a manifest error of assessment on the part of the appointing authority in the exercise of its discretion.
