Defendant: European Chemicals Agency (represented by: T. Zbihlej and B. Broms, acting as Agents, and by A. Duron, lawyer)

Re:

By his action on the basis of Article 270 TFEU, the applicant, in essence, seeks annulment of the decision of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) of 14 November 2023 to dismiss his request for review of the decision of the selection board of 6 November 2023 not to include his name on the reserve list for vacancy notice ECHA/TA/2023/005.

Operative part of the order

The action is dismissed, in part on the grounds of manifest lack of jurisdiction and in part as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

Mr Martin Hilpisch shall pay the costs.
