SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
On 26 April 2011, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) n° 139/2004, by which PAI partners, through investment funds it manages and advises, will acquire sole control of Kiloutou, a French equipment rental operator.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
-- For PAI: private equity fund; and
-- For Kiloutou: equipment rental in France.
